Layers & layers of patterns & colors developed and evolved into a new world of abstract expression.
Created in my warm, cozy home in northern Wisconsin a few miles from Lake Superior on a cloudy day. (Hence, the need for lots of color).
I used brushes and a chopstick with acrylic paint & alcohol ink on a stretched canvas then sealed it with varnish to protect the painting & colors. Although it’s unframed, the edges/sides of the canvas are also painted for a finished look. Lots of caffeine was also involved!
